Shipping and Returns
- Free Delivery on order over R500
- Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and delivery of orders to major cities in SA and deliveries to any outlying areas in SA can take up to 5 days to process and ship. Orders placed after 2pm Friday SAST will start processing the following Monday. Once Orders are placed they cannot be changed. Returns can still be made. Soul Lifestyle is not responsible for any unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
- Any orders delivered damaged must be reported within 14 days to info@soullifestyle.co.za and we will get back to you.

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us online. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy for online orders applies to all of our products except for made to order items, jewellery, beauty products and gift cards.
Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last item of the order.
If you wish to cancel your order you must return the items back to us within 14 days of the cancellation. We regret that items received after this time will be refused and sent back to you.
If you took advantage of a promotion including free items (for example buy X get Y free, or free X with Y) then the free items must also be returned. If you fail to return your free gift you will be charged for the free items that you have received.
You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.
