Shipping policy

  • Free Delivery on order over R500
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and delivery of orders to major cities in SA and deliveries to any outlying areas in SA can take up to 5 days to process and ship. Orders placed after 2pm Friday SAST will start processing the following Monday. Once Orders are placed they cannot be changed. Returns can still be made. Soul Lifestyle is not responsible for any unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
  • Any orders delivered damaged must be reported within 14 days to info@soullifestyle.co.za and we will get back to you.
